Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Help define the scope for outsourced service delivery.
• Contribute to the preparation of standard operating procedures and risk assessments for both routine and non-routine work.

• Perform assigned FMS tasks and close preventive and corrective maintenance work orders promptly.

• Maintain strong safety practices across all supervised work to align with company safety objectives.
• Coordinate closely with internal contractors and service vendors to achieve established performance targets.
• Complete assigned learning modules within the required timeline.

Requirements

• Diploma, ITC/Higher NITEC, or NTC-2/NITEC in Architectural, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical disciplines.
• Prior exposure to building maintenance will be an added advantage.
