About the Role
Al Tarek Legal Consultancy in Dubai is hiring a polished and highly organized Executive Secretary to oversee day-to-day administrative support for the office. This role suits someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a professional legal environment.
What You Will Do
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general business communication in a professional manner.
- Prepare, check, and send official emails and letters in both Arabic and English.
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and calendar schedules.
- Deliver high-quality client support and maintain courteous communication with customers.
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments, documents, and active matters.
- Work closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO to support management instructions and operational priorities.
- Create reports, presentations, and other administrative materials as needed.
- Keep both paper and digital filing systems organized and up to date.
- Protect sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Liaise with internal teams and outside stakeholders to keep work moving efficiently.
- Support general office administration and take on additional administrative tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience is required; prior work in a law firm or professional services firm is a plus.
- Strong fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
- Ability to draft clear and professional emails and business correspondence.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Good attention to detail and sound problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Professional presentation and strong business etiquette.
- Comfortable working under pressure while handling multiple priorities.
- Experience with legal paperwork or legal administrative tasks will be an added advantage.
