Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary to support senior leadership with advanced administrative coordination. This role focuses on keeping workflows efficient, communications clear, and schedules well managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee executive calendars and organize meeting schedules.
- Prepare, check, and handle letters, emails, reports, and other correspondence.
- Record meeting discussions, then prepare and circulate action items and follow-up tasks.
- Maintain filing systems, document archiving, and control of important records.
- Draft professional internal and external communication on behalf of management.
- Arrange travel bookings and support event coordination when needed.
- Serve as the communication point between executives and both internal teams and outside stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in executive support, secretarial work, or senior administrative roles.
- Strong planning, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Doha, Qatar.
