About the Opportunity
This role sits within EY’s Operations function under CBS - SCS - Other Procurement in Mumbai. Role Summary
The position is for an Associate/Executive who will support planning and delivery of firm-wide events from concept through execution. The work involves coordinating event design, managing stakeholders and vendors, staying aware of industry and competitor trends, and preparing post-event summaries and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate ideas and help execute events across the firm.
- Handle full-cycle event planning, coordination, organization, and design.
- Manage the complete execution of events end to end.
- Contribute fresh and creative concepts for event delivery.
- Track new developments in the market, competition, and industry trends.
- Support experiential and virtual event formats.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare post-event reports and dashboards.
- Maintain and manage event-related databases.
Qualification and Experience
The role requires a graduate or postgraduate candidate with more than 3 years of experience.
