TASC Outsourcing is hiring an Events Coordinator for an on-site role in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This position is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension, and it offers a monthly salary in the range of 12,000 to 15,000.

What you will do

  • Assist with the planning and delivery of community events, seasonal programmes, family-oriented activities, promotional campaigns, and destination activations.
  • Help drive visitor participation and increase footfall across key destinations and leisure spaces.
  • Contribute to positioning the destination as a lively setting focused on community, lifestyle, and families.
  • Support the creation and upkeep of annual and monthly event schedules.
  • Coordinate resident engagement initiatives and community-centred activities.
  • Support sales and marketing-related events such as launches, open days, client visits, and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, event agencies, performers, and service partners to ensure events are delivered smoothly.
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue preparation, branding, invitations, registration, catering, signage, and the visitor journey.
  • Draft event briefs, timelines, task lists, and post-event summaries.
  • Ensure events are executed safely, professionally, and in alignment with brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • Between 2 and 5 years of experience in event coordination, community engagement, marketing, or activation work.
  • Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple events and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and event management software/tools.

Contract details
