Role Overview

This position is responsible for coordinating event logistics, protocol support, and on-ground execution for a wide range of corporate and executive activities. The role ensures high service quality, adherence to internal policies, and smooth delivery for senior stakeholders, guests, and visiting delegations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering logistics and protocol activities across the organization while maintaining strong service standards and policy compliance.
  • Arrange protocol support for VIPs, Board Members, EXCOM members, dignitaries, guests, and visiting delegations.
  • Organize the logistics and operational setup for Board meetings, EXCOM sessions, roadshows, conferences, town halls, corporate events, and official ceremonies.
  • Manage event planning details such as venue selection, catering, transport, accommodation, event branding, registration, vendor follow-up, and on-site coordination.
  • Support the successful execution of corporate events, employee engagement initiatives, leadership forums, business meetings, and strategic programs.
