Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the client’s primary contact during planning, building trusted relationships and handling expectations with professionalism and care.
- Oversee all event components, including food and beverage, accommodation, audiovisual requirements, logistics, transport, and special guest needs.
- Prepare comprehensive event paperwork such as BEOs, group resumes, floor plans, and operational addenda.
- Maintain clear and effective internal communication so that plans are handed over smoothly to the relevant operational teams.
- Work closely with Events Operations, Rooms, AV, and Finance teams to keep commercial and operational priorities aligned.
- Spot opportunities to increase revenue through upselling while also improving the overall guest experience.
- Handle selected short-notice enquiries, moving them from initial request to conversion within the required response time.
- Keep CRM information up to date and ensure contracts, billing, deposits, and final accounts are completed correctly and on schedule.
