Key job details

• Salary range: $105,000 to $140,000 per year
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience required
• Experience estimating across multiple construction divisions is important
• Comfort working collaboratively within a team is expected
• A proactive, self-driven mindset is preferred
• Responsibilities include negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers, reviewing subcontractor agreements and markups
• You will partner with pre-construction staff to resolve issues and confirm the full scope is captured
