Role overview
This is a full-time remote opportunity for an Enterprise Client Partner focused on frontier AI. The position is centered on helping enterprise customers adopt advanced AI solutions, integrate them smoothly into existing operations, and achieve measurable business results. You will act as the main point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders, making sure technical delivery stays aligned with strategic business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Create and run strategic account plans for Fortune 500 clients to expand the use of frontier AI technologies.
- Work closely with client teams to uncover challenges and recommend AI-based solutions that support digital transformation.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver and scale AI initiatives successfully across enterprise accounts.
- Monitor KPIs, return on investment, and business outcomes from AI deployments, then share updates with senior leadership and clients.
- Guide clients on effective ways to embed frontier AI into their current workflows and technology environment.
Skills and qualifications
- Hands-on experience in selling and deploying enterprise AI solutions, ideally within financial services or technology.
- A strong background in enterprise account management, including responsibility for revenue expansion and customer retention.
- Good understanding of AI/ML concepts such as large language models, generative AI, and automation tools.
- Ability to simplify complex technical ideas into clear business recommendations for senior executives.
- Comfort using CRM platforms, analytics tools, and business intelligence software.
