Role overview

This full-time position is based in Auckland and focuses on consulting with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into practical solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform.

What you will do

You will examine existing business processes, configure Dynamics applications, run end-user training sessions, and deliver functional support to clients after implementation.

Qualifications and experience

• Ability to analyse business requirements, identify needs, and turn them into effective solution designs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience in business process design and process improvement, with the ability to adapt solutions to client needs.
• Understanding of consulting methods and the ability to build productive client relationships.
• Knowledge of finance processes and experience with integrating financial systems would be an advantage.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications are strongly preferred.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, strong attention to detail, and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Relevant background in implementing or managing Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
