About the company

This position is open for the Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) and Nuremberg Airport (NUE) locations. The role involves working with specialist systems such as AMOS, eLearning, and myboeingfleet.
Role overview
The Document Controller will manage aircraft maintenance documentation, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure records are accurately completed, scanned, archived, and updated in the aircraft records system.
Key responsibilities
- Work with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Check Supervisors to support the printing of aircraft check packs.
- Print check packs and deliver them to the appropriate aircraft zones.
- Gather all completed aircraft paperwork and verify that it has been filled out properly.
- Track down any missing or incomplete documentation and ensure it is resolved.
- Scan, bookmark, back up, and file paperwork correctly in the aircraft records.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by a supervisor or manager.
Requirements
- Prior experience in document control is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AMOS would be beneficial.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience with Boeing aircraft is preferred.
- Ability and willingness to work shifts.
- Valid EU/EEA passport or unrestricted permission to live and work in the European Union.
- Valid EU driving licence.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- A valid German security clearance under Section 7 of the German Aviation Security Act is preferred.
