About the Team
The Revenue organisation is evolving to speed up new customer acquisition and revenue expansion for FY27. To support that goal, LearnUpon is bringing indirect channels, partnerships, and co-selling into a more unified go-to-market approach. The Partnerships team is moving from a standalone function to a highly accountable engine focused on generating pipeline and improving conversion. The group works closely with sales and GTM leadership to remove silos, align reporting and processes, strengthen funnel management, and directly support the company’s commercial targets.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the VP of Revenue, this role owns the end-to-end funnel for revenue influenced or generated by partners. The position is designed to turn partnerships into a disciplined pipeline engine, with accountability for strategic alignment across GTM, reporting, process design, and funnel performance. The right leader will help convert indirect channels into a dependable contributor to global revenue growth.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid role based in the Dublin office, with at least 3 days per week on site.
Responsibilities
- Own the full funnel for partner-generated and partner-influenced revenue.
- Build partnerships into a strong, accountable pipeline-producing function.
- Partner with GTM and sales leadership to align priorities, reporting, and operating processes.
- Improve funnel management and conversion across indirect revenue motions.
- Drive cross-functional behaviour change and help break down organisational silos.
- Apply a high level of commercial accountability to forecasting and pipeline standards.
- Support strategic partnership activities that contribute to LearnUpon’s growth objectives.
Requirements
- Significant senior leadership experience in a GTM or revenue leadership position, ideally in a fast-scaling business approaching or exceeding $100M ARR.
- Ability to work hands-on from the Dublin office and stay closely connected to the local team.
- Comfort operating under the same strict forecasting and pipeline expectations as direct sales leaders.
- Willingness and ability to travel to North America at least once each quarter, or more frequently when required, for partner events and alliance meetings.
- A self-directed, collaborative approach with the curiosity to influence change across teams.
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline work.
- Bonus experience in building or scaling co-selling motions in EdTech or B2B SaaS.
- Strong understanding of channel infrastructure, partner marketing approaches, and revenue operations tracking across functions.
