The Accelerated Growth team works with existing advertisers to increase their Google Ads investment by applying growth-focused strategies. As a Digital Strategy Lead, you will manage the full sales journey from prospecting through closed deals and follow-on upsells, while helping clients scale their businesses through Google’s advertising solutions.

Google Customer Solutions teams serve as trusted advisors and competitive sellers for small and medium-sized businesses. You will work with business owners and support their growth through thoughtful, performance-driven advertising guidance.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, media account management, or a closely related field.

  • Background in driving business expansion and nurturing long-term client relationships.

  • Find creative opportunities to grow existing accounts, offer performance-improvement ideas, and introduce additional Google products.
  • Maintain steady pipeline momentum through customer engagement over Meet, email, and in-person interactions, while delivering revenue goals and a strong advertiser experience.

Compensation and benefits

The pay for this role is influenced by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In the US, the base salary range is $88,000 to $125,000, with a 35% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
