Design Engineer

Overview

Brandt is growing its operations and is seeking motivated, inventive professionals to join the team. This role sits within the Agricultural Division, which develops and manufactures customized heavy equipment solutions designed to help customers work more efficiently and productively.

What you'll do

• Create engineering systems, machines, and devices that meet customer requirements and follow established engineering standards and best practices.
• Assess existing engineering drawings, schematics, design packages, and specifications, then refine them where needed.
• Carry out engineering analysis, build test procedures, and support quality standards and compliance.
• Identify and suggest ways to improve current product designs.
• Make sure all designs are safe, efficient, practical, and economical to manufacture.
• Offer technical and structural input to support project decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to help deliver successful projects.
• Assist the Platform Team Leader when needed.
• Handle other related responsibilities as assigned.

Additional information

This position is with Brandt's Agricultural Division in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. It is a full-time, onsite opportunity.
