Role Overview
Jagadguru Kripalu University is hiring a Deputy Controller of Examinations to support and strengthen the University’s examination administration and related academic processes.
Essential Qualification
A master’s degree from a recognized university is required.
Experience
The role calls for at least 5 years of experience handling examination cell administration, ideally within a university environment.
Preferred Experience and Knowledge
- Hands-on experience with ERP-enabled examination management platforms.
- Strong understanding of examination rules, academic administration, result compilation, digital evaluation workflows, and maintenance of academic records.
Desirable Profile
- A Ph.D. will be viewed favourably.
- Candidates who have worked as Assistant Professors in IT, Computer Science, or a related technology field, along with significant experience in university examination cell operations, are desirable.
- Experience in examination automation, academic data handling for accreditation, and digital governance is an added advantage.
General Information
- Compensation and benefits will follow the 6th pay structure and DA, aligned with University norms and adjusted based on qualifications, experience, and accomplishments.
- Exceptionally strong candidates may be considered for a higher pay package.
- Preference will be given to applicants familiar with NEP 2020 implementation, NAAC/NBA accreditation work, NIRF, innovation ecosystems, and institutional development initiatives.
- The University may choose to fill the position or leave it vacant without providing a reason.
