Role Overview
This position is for a delivery driver supporting fleet operations in Singapore. The role focuses on loading, transporting, and delivering goods efficiently while maintaining safe handling practices and strong service standards.
Key Duties
- Load and unload items onto the vehicle in line with the delivery schedule.
- Handle goods safely during receipt, storage/retrieval, and dispatch.
- Complete customer deliveries in a safe, polite, and timely manner.
- Provide a consistently positive customer experience throughout each delivery.
- Follow internal operating procedures and delivery guidelines at all times.
- Escalate operational issues to the immediate supervisor when problems arise during daily work.
Requirements
- Must have a Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence that has been valid for at least 2 years.
- Previous experience in delivering goods or parcels is required, with high-volume delivery experience preferred.
- Strong familiarity with Singapore roads and local delivery clusters is needed.
- Ability to work a 5-day schedule between Monday and Sunday, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
- Two off days are provided each week.
Work Schedule
The role follows a full-time onsite arrangement in Singapore. Working hours are 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, across 5 working days per week, with 2 rest days.
