Key Responsibilities

• Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to support day-to-day data needs.
• Use internal platforms to analyze trends, identify risks, and spot opportunities.
• Provide guidance, training, and practical support for the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Recommend and support process improvements that increase system efficiency.
• Handle recurring and ad hoc tasks based on project demands and customer priorities.
• Track agreed customer and internal KPIs and help the site team maintain or improve performance.
• Assist with financial reporting and with recording operational volumes and productivity data.
• Support operational data collection and prepare analysis documents for both customers and internal teams.
• Present findings and insights to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Carry out additional clerical and operational tasks when needed.
• Take part in all assigned training and apply the learned skills effectively in the role.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong working knowledge of the relevant WMS.
• Prior exposure to a warehousing or logistics setting is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly at all organizational levels.
• Experience presenting data analysis to both internal and external audiences.
• Capability to deliver reporting accurately and on time.
• Comfort working with and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to contribute to the achievement of customer KPIs.
• Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written.
