Role Summary
This is a remote, full-time position based on an 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM ET schedule. The role sits at the intersection of customer support and account management, with touchpoints across sales and operations.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver prompt, high-quality support to clients across email, live chat, and both inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Develop and nurture trusted relationships with assigned accounts.
- Take a proactive, consultative approach by starting conversations about upcoming client needs.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to keep service delivery smooth and reliable.
- Spot opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle client concerns and disagreements in a way that protects satisfaction and trust.

Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service.
- Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar platform.
- Bonus: background in planning or supporting virtual or in-person events, plus familiarity with video conferencing tools, or a strong willingness to learn them.
