Customer Service Representative - Remote

Job Objective

This position is responsible for providing courteous, professional support to customers across the company’s approved communication channels. The role focuses on answering inquiries, resolving issues quickly and effectively, and maintaining a service experience that builds customer satisfaction. The position follows a shift-based schedule to provide complete coverage during operating hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer questions and requests through phone, email, and live chat.
