About the Company

Role Summary
The opening is for a Customer Service Executive handling inbound customer interactions. The role is suited to candidates with prior experience in customer service and strong communication ability in Hindi and English.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer calls and respond to queries in a professional manner.
- Support customers by resolving service-related concerns and providing accurate information.
- Maintain a courteous, helpful approach to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Work closely within the assigned shift schedule and follow the company’s service standards.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in inbound customer service is required.
- Graduation is not compulsory; both graduate and undergraduate candidates may apply.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Candidates should be comfortable with a day-shift schedule within a 9 AM to 9 PM shift window.
- The role follows a 5-day working week.
Compensation
The package offered is ₹4.5 LPA, with an estimated in-hand salary of ₹31,000 per month.
