Overview

Responsibilities
- Handle customer questions by phone, email, and digital channels in a courteous and prompt way.
- Help customers with product details, order placement, and general account-related queries.
- Enter and process customer and sales orders with speed and accuracy.
- Track pending orders and follow up on backorders as well as delivery progress.
- Share information on stock levels, pricing, and expected delivery timelines.
- Assist the sales and administration functions with routine operational work.
- Process online payments and keep customer and order information up to date.
- Record and manage service cases, warranty questions, and spare-parts requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems whenever needed.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- Support wider administrative and operational tasks as required.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, administration, retail, or another customer-facing position is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with good people skills.
- Well-developed organisation and time-management abilities with the capacity to juggle several tasks.
- Careful approach to work with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Professional, upbeat, and customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive way of working.
- Comfortable using IT systems, including Microsoft Office tools.
- Eagerness to learn, build new capabilities, and take initiative.
- Experience with order management or CRM platforms is helpful but not mandatory.
