Role Overview

The Customer Manager will be responsible for strengthening major client relationships in Saudi Arabia, driving account growth, and supporting the adoption of KAYTUS products and solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow important customer relationships across Saudi Arabia by understanding client priorities and turning them into account expansion and retention plans.
  • Develop and execute a local customer-development strategy aligned with company goals to create long-term partnerships and improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as product, technical, and support to provide customized solutions, keep projects on schedule, and improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements
