Role Overview
The Customer Experience Executive will be responsible for improving the in-store experience and ensuring customers receive a smooth, welcoming, and service-oriented journey throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and guide customers to create a positive first impression and a welcoming store environment.
- Track the customer journey inside the store and identify points where the experience can be improved.
- Support the upkeep of store ambience, presentation, and overall visual appeal.
- Collect customer feedback and help maintain service quality standards.
- Work closely with store staff and CRM-related teams to address experience-related issues.
- Conduct customer experience checks and audits to ensure consistent service delivery.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold any graduate degree.
Compensation
The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 2,50,000 to INR 3,50,000.
Location
This position is based in Chennai, India.
