Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join the team in Noida. The role is suited to candidates with prior international BPO exposure and strong English communication abilities.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an international BPO setup.
- Strong spoken and written English skills for customer interaction.
- Education of at least 12th pass or higher.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and common internet-based applications.
