Chipotle is looking for crew members to help deliver a better fast-food experience built around real food, friendly service, and strong teamwork. What You’ll Do

You’ll be trained to work across multiple stations in the restaurant, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. The role centers on preparing food by hand each day, keeping service smooth, and creating the welcoming atmosphere customers expect. Team members may come from a variety of hospitality backgrounds, or even no prior experience, as long as they bring energy and a willingness to learn.

Pay

The base hourly pay range for this position is $17.00 to $18.00. This role is also eligible for digital tips. Actual pay may differ based on skill, experience, and education.

Who Can Apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who are at least 16 years old and can communicate in the primary language used at the work location. Prior experience is not required, though experience in roles such as dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook can be relevant.
