Role Overview
This opening is for a Creeler position in the Tufting Department at Mannington Mills, Inc. The role is part of the second shift and reports to the Shift Supervisor.
Work Schedule
The shift runs from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Key Duties
The Creeler is expected to support the department by meeting operational standards tied to safety, quality, efficiency, and housekeeping.
Job Requirements
- Ability to bend and lift cones weighing about 25 pounds throughout the shift.
- Ability to remain standing for the full shift.
- Must pass the Ishihara color vision test with normal results.

No previous work experience or prior skills are required for this role.
