Role Overview

This contract opportunity is for a Corporate Recruiter based in Plantation, Florida. The assignment runs for 6 or more months and offers an hourly rate of $40 to $45. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Managing end-to-end recruiting for assigned positions across several business areas, including talent sourcing, candidate screening, onsite interviewing, hiring coordination, and relationship management throughout the process.
• Acting as a trusted recruiting advisor to business stakeholders and helping shape hiring decisions and workforce plans.
• Developing and maintaining a strong professional network to monitor labor market trends, benchmark practices, and gather competitive hiring intelligence for future growth.
• Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition and internal teams to execute focused recruitment plans.
• Designing sourcing approaches to identify strong campus talent for open roles while supporting diversity objectives.
• Planning and coordinating cross-functional events that support diversity recruiting initiatives.
• Creating a positive experience for candidates from application through onboarding, including communication, offer handling, and rejection follow-up.
• Running candidate debrief discussions with interviewers and business partners and using sound judgment to help drive offer outcomes and secure high-quality talent.
• Maintaining recruiting policies, procedures, and data accuracy within Greenhouse ATS.
• Keeping team and individual trackers and reports current and sharing regular, detailed updates with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to build and sustain consultative, collaborative, and influential relationships across all levels of internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers and executives.
• Some experience or exposure to recruiting from underrepresented communities and working with diversity-focused organizations.
• Strong results orientation with excellent attention to detail, time management, prioritization, and organization.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with a strong sense of urgency and a proactive mindset.
• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as the web, social platforms, and professional networks.
