Role overview
Welcome Hotels is looking for a Commis de Rang (m/w/d) to join the team in Bamberg with immediate effect. The position is intended for full-time employment, and part-time work can also be arranged by agreement.
The company is seeking a personable, service-oriented individual who enjoys working with people and approaches daily tasks with enthusiasm and commitment.
What the job involves
- Serving food and drinks while advising and looking after restaurant guests
- Setting up meeting rooms and preparing coffee breaks
- Preparing banquet and event setups for weddings, birthdays, and corporate functions
- Supporting the service of meetings and special events
- Supervising temporary staff, interns, and trainees
- Making sure hygiene rules under HACCP and all safety regulations are followed
- Cleaning equipment, machines, materials, and furniture in a proper and professional way
- Preparing mise en place for the respective shifts
- Instructing trainees
