Job Overview
This role focuses on building annuity and pension fund transfer insurance business from government bodies and PSUs. The position requires strong client servicing before and after a sale, steady quarter-on-quarter business expansion, and effective relationship management with nodal officers so that leads can move forward quickly.
Key Accountabilities
- Work toward premium and new policy growth targets that support the company’s overall performance.
- Generate leads according to the assigned targets and territory.
- Track and evaluate performance regularly for the assigned top-line and annuity products.
- Drive the sales journey through lead conversion and successful closure.
- Approach nodal officers in government departments and PSUs and arrange meetings with reporting managers.
- Visit clients from assigned organizations based on the leads shared by the manager and the allocated territory.
- Clearly explain annuity and pension fund transfer procedures.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with approval officers to keep the approval process smooth.
- Use the right approach to acquire business and grow the portfolio.
- Review business activity on a regular basis and share relevant updates with senior leadership.
- Take corrective steps for annuity, pension fund transfer, and other products including investment funds.
Additional Information
This position is based in Assam, India, and is a full-time on-site role. The work involves consistent interaction with government and PSU stakeholders, along with ongoing monitoring of business performance and service quality.
