Clinical Operations Leader

About the role

This remote contract position focuses on analyzing supply chain and logistics documentation to build structured analytical tasks and evaluation systems. The work centers on interpreting shipment dashboards, operational reports, and other real-world logistics formats to support benchmarking of reasoning quality.

Key responsibilities

• Review logistics and supply chain materials such as shipment summaries, inventory dashboards, and operational flowcharts.
• Pull out structured findings from datasets that involve multiple operational and quantitative variables.
• Create analytical tasks with clear outputs and answers that can be checked objectively.
• Build rubrics and scoring guidelines that measure accuracy in reasoning and data interpretation.
• Maintain consistency, rigor, and reliability in the design of benchmarking tasks.
• Improve evaluation frameworks used for large-scale structured data understanding systems.

Core requirements

• Solid grasp of supply chain, logistics operations, or operations management concepts.
• Ability to understand complex operational data, KPIs, and structured reporting formats.
• Hands-on experience with dashboards, forecasting outputs, or logistics performance metrics.
• Strong analytical accuracy, attention to detail, and logical consistency.
• Capability to define objective criteria for judging structured analytical outputs.
• Clear written communication for precise and well-organized documentation.

Additional strengths

• Exposure to full supply chain workflows, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
• Familiarity with operations analytics or process optimization methods.
• Background in audit, quality assurance, or structured evaluation work.

Compensation and work details

The role pays $50 per hour and typically requires about 15 to 20 hours per week. It is a fully remote position.
