Role Overview

An opening is available for a Client Service Executive in Dublin. This position supports a team of Directors, Associate Directors, and Senior Private Client Advisers by ensuring day-to-day client service, administrative coordination, and compliance-focused operational support.

Key Duties

  • Provide broad administrative assistance to Directors, Associate Directors, and Senior Private Client Advisers.
  • Serve as the initial contact for clients and handle queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Create investment presentations and prepare meeting packs and supporting paperwork for client meetings.
  • Check CRM records and associated documents to make sure they remain accurate and compliant ahead of meetings.
  • Track actions after client meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Keep the CRM updated regularly and prepare documents that meet legislative requirements for client data management.
  • Coordinate client requests with internal teams to ensure procedures and compliance obligations are followed, while acting as the main contact point internally.
  • Manage reporting and operational tasks alongside other team members, and help communicate and embed company procedures.
  • Work with Tax Advisers, Solicitors, Brokers, and Life Offices while supporting clients.
  • Assist with planning and preparing client events and conferences, including on-site support, hospitality, and occasional out-of-hours attendance.
  • Contribute to interdepartmental projects that improve client service, and help roll out and explain new applications to the team.
  • Support the completion and follow-up of Investor Policy Statements.
  • Take part in company campaign workshops.
  • Work within the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures relevant to the role.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • A degree or master’s qualification in a business- or finance-related discipline.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexible and positive approach to work.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Professional telephone communication skills.
  • Well-developed organisational abilities.
  • Capability to prioritise personal workload effectively.
