Centric PLM Infra Support

Role Overview

Tata Consultancy Services is hiring for a Centric PLM Infra Support role based in Hyderabad. The position focuses on supporting and maintaining Centric PLM infrastructure, along with related cloud and database operations.

Core Technical Scope

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Centric PLM infrastructure administration and have practical experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, and YAML. The role also involves managing infrastructure on cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Centric PLM infrastructure.
• Maintain and operate cloud infrastructure across Azure or Google Cloud environments.
• Track cloud resources to keep systems available, scalable, and efficiently utilized.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve cloud-related infrastructure incidents and operational issues.
• Handle deployments, migrations, and upgrades in cloud environments.
• Develop automation and infrastructure-as-code solutions for provisioning and scaling resources.
• Work with product and support teams to deploy cloud resources and close issues effectively.
• Carry out cloud operations for resources such as virtual machines and databases, including backup and restore tasks.
• Prepare and maintain documentation covering infrastructure and operational processes.

Additional Competencies

Applicants should be able to engage directly with clients and stakeholders, including product managers and product teams, during requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment. Team management capability is also considered a plus.

Experience Needed

The expected experience range is 5 years or more.

Education Requirement

A B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization is required.
