Main duties

The role focuses on keeping communal spaces on the estates clean, safe, and well maintained. Day-to-day work includes checking shared areas, making sure standards remain high, and helping to keep the estates free from hazards.

• Sweep and mop communal spaces
• Pick up litter and keep outdoor and shared areas tidy
• Clean bin stores and refuse areas
• Complete health and safety checks as part of routine estate maintenance
