Role overview
Tekgence Inc is looking for a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to support lending-related initiatives, integration work, and cloud platform delivery. The role focuses on translating business needs into clear requirements, coordinating with technical and business stakeholders, and helping deliver lending solutions in an Azure SaaS environment.
What you will do
- Collect, evaluate, and formalize business and functional requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand lending workflows and system expectations.
- Assist with the deployment and integration of lending platforms, including Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS).
- Coordinate API-based and third-party integrations.
- Work alongside technical teams on Azure SaaS and other cloud platform implementations.
- Prepare and keep current documentation such as requirements, process diagrams, data mappings, and related project materials.
- Contribute to testing efforts by validating requirements and analyzing defects.
- Serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams across the project lifecycle.
What you need
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar position.
- Strong understanding of lending products and processes, especially LOS and LMS platforms.
- Practical experience with API integration and system integration assignments.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and integration design patterns.
- Exposure to Azure SaaS or comparable cloud-based solutions.
- Comfort using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Postman, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Knowledge of data mapping, system workflows, and microservices-based systems.
- Solid documentation, analysis, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in Agile and fast-moving delivery environments.
