About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle routine administrative and operational coordination tasks.
  • Assist with client onboarding and maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Liaise with government portals, service providers, and outside partners as needed.
  • Organize calendars, meetings, travel plans, and documentation.
  • Draft reports, presentations, proposals, and other business materials.
  • Monitor active projects and help ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Keep records, files, and documentation systems well structured.
  • Support planning and delivery of business delegations and corporate visits.
  • Receive and assist international investors, executives, and delegation guests visiting Saudi Arabia.
  • Arrange meetings, site visits, networking sessions, and business programs for visiting delegations.
  • Serve as a professional contact point for investors and business partners before, during, and after their visits.

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in administration, operations, customer service, hospitality, business support, or a similar role.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related area.
