Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a driven Business Development Manager who can generate revenue through B2B selling of IT products and services. The role calls for someone who can win new business, nurture existing accounts, and work closely with internal teams to shape solutions for enterprise customers.
What You Will Do
- Identify and develop new business prospects across focus areas such as IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, smart access, and cloud solutions.
- Handle the sales journey end to end, starting from lead generation through to deal closure.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, channel partners, and OEMs.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions.
- Create and present presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
- Manage RFPs, tenders, and vendor onboarding or registration activities.
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Track market trends, competitor movements, and changing client needs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales/business development within IT, cybersecurity, or a similar domain.
- Hands-on exposure to technology offerings such as cybersecurity, cloud services, network infrastructure, and smart access solutions, with the ability to align them to customer goals.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to balance several accounts and priorities at once.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related area.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms, MS Office, and LinkedIn for outreach.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience working with system integrators, VARs, or OEMs.
- Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market clients is a plus.
- Exposure to government or education sector sales will be considered an advantage.
