About the Role
Pardgroup is looking to add a Business Development Manager to its Dublin-based business development team. The role sits within integrated services for retail and large-scale distribution, with a strong focus on retail fit-out and production services.
What You’ll Do
- Study the target market to identify companies that could become potential clients.
- Create fresh business by approaching new organizations for partnerships and collaborative opportunities.
- Expand revenue by promoting additional and complementary company services to existing and prospective customers.
- Assess clients’ technical requirements and recommend the most appropriate solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations through to agreement.
- Strengthen long-term client relationships by maintaining regular contact and follow-ups.
What You Need
- 2 to 3 years of prior experience in a similar commercial or business development position.
- Working knowledge of the retail fit-out design and production space.
- Comfort using standard office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally when needed.
