Qashio is looking for a Business Development Manager to present its solutions to potential clients through product demonstrations and well-structured presentations, helping position the company as the right partner for their requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong emotional intelligence, a sharp eye for identifying opportunities, and a genuine interest in understanding businesses and the problems they need solved. This role suits someone who is motivated by results and consistently delivers against sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects while suggesting solutions that can improve their operational efficiency through Qashio.
  • Proactively source potential customers using multiple channels and outbound prospecting methods.
  • Create, execute, and monitor sales plans and activities.
  • Turn Qashio’s capabilities and services into compelling presentations, persuasive arguments, or data-backed materials that attract and engage prospects.
  • Learn about customer pain points and business challenges so Qashio can be positioned as the most suitable solution.
  • Deliver the assigned sales goals and results within the expected timelines.
  • Use the CRM platform to record, organize, and follow up on sales activity and pipeline progress.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role focused on closing deals, preferably within SaaS, fintech, or a startup environment.
  • A highly proactive mindset.
  • Strong capability in preparing and presenting content tailored to different audience needs.
