Role Overview
Qualysec Technologies is looking for a driven Business Development Manager focused on IT sales and US-market opportunities. The person in this role will help widen the customer base and contribute directly to revenue growth.

What You Will Do
- Spot and pursue potential clients and market opportunities for cybersecurity products and services.
- Develop a solid understanding of the company’s technology offerings and handle lead research, prospecting, targeting, presales support, proposal creation, RFPs, and tenders.
- Manage a healthy sales funnel by finding leads, evaluating them, and building long-term business relationships.
- Drive new business through outreach activities such as cold calls, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Track market movements and share clear sales and trend reports with management on a regular basis.
What the Role Needs
- Prior experience as a Business Development Manager in IT sales, software companies, or cybersecurity businesses.
- Preference for candidates with a background in cybersecurity.
- Strong grasp of technology-based services and solutions.
- Proven ability in sales and negotiation, along with a history of achieving or surpassing targets.
- Good communication and presentation abilities, including the skill to explain technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-driven, proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working alone as well as with a team.
