Role overview
Arcdott Rcm Solutions is hiring a Business Development Executive for its US healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) business in Chennai. The position focuses on creating new business opportunities, handling outreach, and helping convert prospects into paying clients.
What you'll do
- Identify and develop potential leads through outbound calling and targeted demand generation activities.
- Reach out to prospects, assess fit, and move qualified opportunities toward client conversion.
- Oversee the full sales pipeline, from initial lead generation through to deal closure.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Contribute to business expansion across the company’s RCM service offerings.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships throughout the sales process.
