Role Overview
This position focuses on generating business opportunities, contacting prospects over the phone, and nurturing client relationships to support sales growth in the real estate segment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and create new leads through proactive outreach and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Work toward sales goals and consistently strive to surpass targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in real estate is required.
- Strong verbal communication abilities are expected.
- Good negotiation skills are important for success in this role.
