Role Overview
We are hiring a driven Client Engagement Manager to support customer acquisition and drive subscription sales for Hire22.ai. The role focuses on identifying prospects, reaching out through calls and other outreach channels, speaking with decision-makers, explaining the platform’s value, and turning leads into paying customers.
This opportunity suits someone who is confident in communication, comfortable with sales conversations, and skilled at building strong business relationships while helping companies address hiring needs.

Experience Required
1 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting channels.
- Reach out to HR teams, recruiters, hiring managers, and business owners to present Hire22.ai’s offerings.
- Assess hiring needs and suggest the most appropriate subscription options.
- Arrange and deliver product demos and sales presentations.
- Maintain follow-up communication with prospects and move leads through the sales funnel.
- Close qualified prospects and support monthly revenue goals.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both prospective and current clients.
- Update CRM records with accurate details of interactions and sales activity.
- Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and strong customer support.
- Share client feedback and market observations with the management team.
- Keep track of recruitment trends and competing offerings in the market.
Required Profile
- A bachelor’s degree in any subject is required.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, client engagement, or customer acquisition.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Comfortable handling cold calls and outbound sales work.
- Goal-driven mindset with a proactive approach to targets.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently while managing several prospects at once.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience in SaaS, job portals, or subscription-based sales.
- Exposure to B2B sales and lead-generation methods.
- Experience dealing with HR or recruitment clients will be an added plus.
