Role Overview
Galleria Tours FZCO is seeking an energetic Business Development Executive to support the expansion of its travel and tourism business in Dubai, UAE. The role calls for someone who already understands the market, communicates confidently, and can identify and convert fresh business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create new revenue opportunities across both inbound and outbound tourism segments.
- Develop and nurture partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients, hotels, suppliers, and other tourism stakeholders.
- Leverage your existing industry network to attract new clients and generate qualified leads.
- Present and promote travel offerings such as holiday packages, tailor-made itineraries, group trips, and corporate travel solutions.
- Set up client meetings, draft proposals, and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects.
- Handle commercial discussions and contribute to business growth through effective negotiation.
- Work toward monthly targets related to sales and business development.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the travel sector is essential.
- A strong professional network within the travel and tourism market is required.
- Background in business development, travel agency operations, destination management, tour operations, or hospitality sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities are needed.
- Must be capable of sourcing leads and creating new business opportunities independently.
- English fluency is mandatory.
- Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- A valid UAE driving licence is beneficial.
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is commercially driven, self-motivated, and already connected within the UAE travel market. Experience dealing with B2B travel agencies and corporate accounts is an added plus. The role suits someone who can work autonomously while staying focused on sales goals.
