About the Role
Stem Learning Private Limited is looking for a Business Development Executive to support growth in B2B and institutional markets from Patna.
What You’ll Do
- Create fresh business opportunities through corporate, direct, and institutional selling.
- Research and approach prospective clients, then develop lasting relationships with key decision-makers to help increase revenue.
- Work with internal teams to design solutions tailored to client needs.
- Track market movements and competitor actions to remain competitive in the market.
What We’re Looking For
- 1 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the engineering and construction sector.
- A demonstrated history of performing well in corporate, direct, or institutional sales roles.
- Good grasp of institutional business development concepts and methods.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the confidence to connect effectively across levels.
