Role Overview
iLotBet Ghana is hiring a full-time Business Development Assistant to support commercial growth activities in Accra, within the Gaming industry.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary of GHC 2,500.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside sales, marketing, advertising, product design, and product development teams to plan promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain editorial and content calendars for different media channels and outlets.
- Support the creation, negotiation, and placement of billboards, TV and radio ads, social media promotions, and email marketing campaigns.
- Prepare a brand style guide that reflects the organization’s voice and mission.
- Assist team leaders in setting, tracking, and controlling budgets for projects.
- Meet clients to review brand direction, objectives, budgets, and delivery timelines.
- Carry out market research to better understand audience needs, preferences, behavior, and interests for targeted campaigns.
- Study past successful campaigns to identify what performed well, what did not, and where improvements can be made.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest refinements or new campaign ideas when needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in Marketing or a closely related field is required.
- Previous work experience with a betting company is mandatory.
- Applicants should have 1 to 2 years of experience as a business development officer.
