Business Analyst - Dynamic Fulfillment

Role Overview

VH Mobile Metrics is hiring a Business Analyst focused on dynamic fulfillment to support global operations in India, Pune. This role suits someone with 6 to 8 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, or operations, and who can turn business needs into practical process and data solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Work with teams to collect, understand, and document requirements for fulfillment and logistics workflows.
• Build and update dashboards, reports, and other data outputs used to track fulfillment performance.
• Carry out data validation, analysis, and quality checks using SQL and Excel.
• Partner with delivery, customer service, IT, and supply chain stakeholders to improve operational outcomes.
• Contribute to governance activities, process improvement, and ongoing optimization efforts.
• Prepare business documents such as process maps, BRDs, and functional specifications.
• Take part in Agile delivery cycles and discussions with stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis experience in supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, or operations, along with a solid understanding of order management, customer service, fulfillment, and logistics processes. Hands-on ability with SQL, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint is important, as is familiarity with data modeling concepts like star and snowflake schemas. Good communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Exposure to Agile delivery is preferred, and experience with Azure, Databricks, or Microsoft Cloud is a plus.
