Position Overview

This role is based at Al Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli in Doha, Qatar. The hotel is part of Minor Hotels, a global hospitality group with more than 530 properties across over 50 countries in regions including Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe, and South America.

Role Summary

The Bell Attendant is responsible for creating a welcoming arrival and departure experience for guests. This position plays an important part in shaping guest satisfaction by acting as a helpful guide, a brand representative, and a reliable source of information about the hotel.

The job mainly involves managing lobby movement and supporting guests, but it also requires strong people skills, adaptability, and solid understanding of hotel operations.

Key Duties

• Greet guests warmly when they arrive and offer a courteous farewell when they leave.
• Support guest service delivery by assisting visitors throughout their stay.
• Help manage traffic and activity in the lobby area.
• Serve as an approachable source of hotel information for guests.
• Represent the hotel professionally and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school is required.
