About the Role

Join Shangri-La Group’s team at The Palawan @ Sentosa in Singapore. The Palawan is the group’s first lifestyle and entertainment destination on Sentosa Island, created as a place for visitors to relax, have fun, and spend quality time together. The precinct will feature fresh leisure experiences for Singapore, including gamified electric go-karting, a floating aqua park, a terraced beach club, a family beach club, and gourmet food trucks offering food and drinks in a lively island setting.

This opening is for a Service Associate - Bartender who will help deliver an enjoyable beverage experience for guests while supporting daily bar operations.

Key Duties

• Prepare cocktails, mocktails, and other bar drinks according to outlet recipes so every serving meets the same quality standard.
• Use solid knowledge of beverages, menus, and ongoing promotions to guide guests and improve their overall experience.
• Pay attention to guest feedback and service levels, then take action to raise satisfaction and enjoyment.
• Complete inventory-related paperwork or purchase requests to keep bar stock replenished.
• Set up the bar with the right tools and products needed for smooth and efficient service.
• Follow food hygiene and safety practices to keep the bar area clean and safe.
• Work closely with teammates and carry out other assigned tasks to support outlet operations.

The ideal candidate should be genuinely interested in beverage service and committed to delivering high standards. Good communication and people skills are important, along with a cooperative attitude that supports teamwork. Prior experience in a bar setting is needed to handle the role effectively, and you should also be comfortable working rotating shifts based on business requirements.
