Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Technician with Audi background to join a leading dealership environment in Auckland. This role offers variety, autonomy and the chance to work with a supportive team while contributing to a premium vehicle franchise.

The position covers both combustion and EV/HV platforms, giving you exposure to modern automotive technology in a fast-moving workshop setting.

Key duties

Carry out diagnostics, servicing and mechanical repairs on vehicles
Perform repair and maintenance tasks in line with the repair order, dealership standards and brand specifications
Follow checklists and quality assurance procedures carefully
Road test vehicles after repairs to confirm work quality
Work efficiently and maintain productivity benchmarks
Stay current with compulsory factory training requirements

Candidate profile

Fully qualified Automotive Technician
At least 4 years of experience in a dealership franchise environment
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Valid, clean driver’s licence
Good problem-solving ability and the capability to prioritise work effectively
A consistent commitment to high-quality workmanship
