About the Role

Compensation
The assistant manager pay rate is $17.13 to $22.00 per hour.
Key Duties
You will be accountable for everything that takes place during your shift, including cost management, inventory oversight, cash handling, and customer relationships. The role also requires setting the standard for the team and making sure company policies and procedures are followed consistently.
Qualifications
Applicants must be at least 18 years old. The role calls for sound judgment, basic math ability, and strong multitasking skills.
